The team
The people behind the bounce.
A small board, an Investment Committee of experienced operators and investors, and 250+ members who do the rest.
Board
Directors

Dom Matthews
Dom brings a blend of strategic growth, operational leadership and hands-on founder experience. A third-time founder with a background in law, sustainable fashion and hospitality, he runs Trampoline day to day: the deal pipeline, the membership and the events.

Jo Baker
Jo brings a disciplined investment perspective shaped by decades of experience evaluating, structuring and supporting early-stage and growth businesses. She is a Director at RetailTech Capital and works as a fractional CFO advising founders.

Abraham Robertson
Abe brings founder, operator and climate-tech experience to the board. He is co-founder and CEO of Biocare Projects and co-founder of Stropro, with a background spanning fintech, marketplaces, legal and technology platforms.
Investment Committee
The people who pressure-test every deal.
The three directors sit on the committee too, alongside the members below.
Kate Herbert
Kate spent two years inside Trampoline as Head of Members before joining the Investment Committee, so she knows the syndicate from both sides of the table. She now works on the investments team at Startmate, Australia and New Zealand's largest founder community, and brings that early-stage pattern recognition to every deal we look at.
Muhilan Sriravindrarajah
Muhilan is a chartered accountant turned finance leader, with a career that runs from KPMG and PwC through senior finance roles in technology, telecommunications and venture capital. He sits as a non-executive director and audit and risk committee member, works as a fractional CFO with Lantern Partners, and mentors founders through Startmate. On the IC he is the one who reads the model properly.
Simon Gawn
Simon has spent two decades building brands and businesses for agencies and their clients, including a decade with Ogilvy across London, New York, Amsterdam and Sydney and a stint running client services at McCann Sydney for names like eBay, Mastercard, Microsoft and Qantas. He now leads Ideally. On the IC he asks the customer questions: who buys this, why, and how will they hear about it.

Jenny Ringland
Jenny is co-founder and Head of Product at Rumblings, an AI company, and a UNSW graduate who has built product from the ground up. She brings a founder's eye to the committee: what has actually shipped, what users are doing with it, and whether the roadmap is real.
Dora Szebeni
Dora brings strategic, commercial and board-level experience to early-stage investing. Her career spans a decade at White & Case and Dentons, leading legal M&A for Swiss energy group MET across gas, power and renewables, and serving as Group General Counsel for a global fashion and retail group. She now runs New Cove Advisory and mentors founders in the Startmate network, and on the IC she looks past the headline to founder capability, fundamentals and how the business will scale.
